Account information (name, email, phone); block data (leaseholders, lease documents, service charge history); financial data (invoices, payments, contractor details); usage data (login times, actions taken).
To provide and improve the service, generate compliance reports, train AI systems (anonymized), contact you about updates, and comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored in the UK on encrypted servers with TLS encryption in transit and at-rest encryption for sensitive fields.
We may share data with payment providers (GoCardless, Wise), email provider (Gmail), and AI providers (Anthropic Claude) — only as needed for service delivery. We never sell your data.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and object to processing. Email privacy@mosscode.co.uk to exercise these rights.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After termination, we delete within 30 days (except audit trails, retained per law).
